Media library and search

Introduction and orientation

Search, filter and check the properties and usage of individual files.

Overview and explanation

Media detail

Open a media item to see its detail. For an image, the system shows the preview, name, type, file size, resolution and aspect ratio. The right side also shows whether and where the media item is currently used, which is especially useful before deleting it.

Search and filtering

Search the media library by name and filter by type or orientation. The media detail is the starting point for checking, editing or deleting an item.
