ScreenSoft Docs / Dashboard

Dashboard

Operational overview for one Company or an entire Server Edition: campaigns, activity, devices, problems and storage.

Company and Global dashboards

A standard customer works with one Company and sees its Company dashboard. A white-label partner using Server Edition can host multiple customer Companies and therefore also has a Global dashboard across the server. Hierarchy: Server → Companies → Locations → Devices.

What the dashboard shows

Campaign states, today’s activity, campaign problems, Presentation/Application Layer usage, device problems and cloud storage.

Campaign problems

If nothing is wrong, ScreenSoft says no problems were detected. A concrete issue such as campaign not assigned to any device means the campaign exists but currently has no playback target, for example after a device was removed, reinstalled or replaced.

Device problems

Disconnected from server means the server has no connection to the device; first check power and internet. Application version outdated means the device client is older and may not support newer functionality, so an update is recommended.
