Campaign types and playback rules

Introduction and orientation

The difference between Commercial, Non-commercial and Combination of both.

Overview and explanation

Commercial

Commercial campaigns receive scheduling priority according to campaign settings, the selected mode and available capacity. Verify actual delivery in the Campaign Report.

Non-commercial

Non-commercial campaigns fill media space not used by commercial campaigns. If several non-commercial campaigns are active, the system selects an eligible campaign according to the loop rules and available space; this does not guarantee equal playback time for every campaign.

Combination of both

Commercial playback takes priority. The same campaign can also be selected for non-commercial playback in the remaining space while preserving commercial scheduling priority.

Planning and actual delivery of commercial campaigns

Commercial campaigns have priority in scheduling according to the selected mode and available capacity. Scheduled impressions and recorded plays are different measures.

Device operation and interactive applications can affect delivery. Any contractual guarantee must follow the agreed scope and measurement terms. Check recorded results in the Campaign Report.
