Create a user and first sign-in

Provider-prepared onboarding

After contract signing, ScreenSoft or the relevant white-label partner/reseller creates the account, Company and Locations and registers/assigns the new Devices. The customer therefore enters a prepared environment.

First sign-in

The user receives initial credentials from the provider. On first sign-in, ScreenSoft requires a new password with at least 8 characters and the required mix of upper/lowercase and a special character.

After sign-in

The user sees the environment allowed by their role and permissions. Standard customers work in their own Company; Server Edition users may be granted cross-Company access.
