Autoboot setup for GmkTec NucBox G5

Autoboot (automatic booting after power loss) can be set up in the BIOS.

1. Prepare the PC

  • Make sure the PC is turned OFF
  • Connect a keyboard and mouse
  • Turn the PC ON
  • Immediately start pressing F7 repeatedly on the keyboard

2. Enter the BIOS

  • Use the arrow keys to select Enter Setup
  • Confirm with ENTER

3. Chipset settings

  • Use the arrow keys (left - right) to select the Chipset tab

4. PCH-IO

  • Use the arrow keys (up - down) to select PCH-IO Configuration
  • Confirm with ENTER

5. Wake on Power

  • Use the arrow keys (up - down) to select Wake on Power
  • Confirm with ENTER
    Wake on Power

6. State S0

  • Use the arrow keys (up - down) to select State S0
  • Confirm with ENTER
    S0

7. Save new settings

  • Press ESC
  • Use the arrow keys (left - right) to select the Save & Exit tab
  • Select Save Changes and Exit
  • Confirm with ENTER
    SAVE

8. DONE

The system will now restart and is ready to use.
